You don’t need to be fixed.
You need to be felt.
Coaching for women who are burned out, disconnected, and ready to reclaim their authentic selves.

You don’t need to become the best version of yourself.
You need space to reconnect with yourself.
Hustle culture tells us to push through. Perfectionism tells us to keep it pretty. Productivity tells us to earn our rest.
No wonder you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and carrying quiet resentment.
You’re constantly juggling roles—work, motherhood, relationships—and keeping everything afloat. But there’s litle space in your life for you.
You don’t need to optimize or become your “best self.” You are already enough.
This is a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your emotions, intuition, and values. Where you can show up authentically and wholly, without pressure or performance.
Together, we’ll build a path forward that aligns with your energy and emotions, so you can release the pressure, cultivate emotional sustainability, and live with greater balance.
How Coaching Works
1
Ground
First, we slow down.
This is a space where you can set it all aside — the notifications, the distractions, the to-dos.
You reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner experience.
No performance. No pressure. Just the present moment.
2
Feel
Together, we name what’s really there underneath it all. The worry and anger, the hope and desire, the needs you’ve been taught to ignore.
We meet all of it with radical acceptance.
This is emotional work, not a productivity hack.
You don’t have to fix anything. You just have to be.
3
Align
From that place of emotional authenticity, we will begin to move toward clarity.
We’ll uncover what boundaries need to be set, what expectations need letting go, and what matters most to you.
You’ll identify and take meaningful steps toward a life that is aligned with your energy and emotions.

Tune in to your emotions.
Tap in to your intuition.
Hi, I’m Megan.
I’m a behavioral scientist, coach, mom, and rare cancer survivor, and I help women who are burned out and emotionally exhausted find space for themselves again. To listen to the intuition in their bodies. To align their lives with their energy and their emotions.
I spent years studying well-being — earning a PhD in social psychology, teaching college courses, and designing mental health apps. I knew the science of stress, emotion, and resilience better than most.
But when I was diagnosed with a rare cancer at 35, with a toddler at home and at the height of my career, and everything shifted. I had to stop intellectualizing well-being and start feeling it.
Not by following a rigid morning routine or the latest wellness influencer trends, but by allowing myself the space to feel my anger. To prioritize my own rest. To pursue my own joy.
It was the first time in my life where I just let myself be, without judgment or expectation.
And that’s what I offer to you.
A space where your needs come first. Where you can stop trying to be the best version of yourself, and just be. Where you get to be fully human.
Come as you are. We start there.
I’m honored to share this space with you.

“My coaching sessions with Megan were so rejuvenating! It was so helpful to have a perspective shift and helped me build my confidence up when dealing with conflict, it also helped me identify some of my own values which was amazing.”

“When life throws you curveballs or when you're simply faced with not knowing how to answer "what now?", Megan's coaching abilities are invaluable. She has provided me the space to lay out, dissect, and organize thoughts to set myself up for success, or walk away with at least one foot in front of the other. She's helped me realize that looking inward can be the solution when outward, surface-level performance sometimes isn't. As someone who has seen therapists to dissect the past, coaching is a valuable tool to set forward-thinking and actions in motion. Megan has helped me untangle and organize my thoughts to set myself up for success by creating a safe space for vulnerability and clarity.”
