Science-based, human-centered coaching.
This work is grounded in three truths.
Your emotions live in your body. We work with — not against — your nervous system. You’ll learn simple, science-backed tools for grounding, emotional regulation, and honoring what your body is trying to tell you.
Discomfort is a compass. When something feels off, it’s often your intuition trying to get your attention. In this work, we meet discomfort with curiosity — not judgment — and learn to trust it as guidance. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the discomfort and use it as a guide toward greater clarity, alignment, and self-trust.
Healing happens when you feel safe enough to show up as you are. This work isn’t about improvement or achievement — it’s about creating space to be real, messy, honest, and human. No pressure to fix or prove anything. Just room to exhale, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
As a positive psychologist and a certified professional coach, I bring a blend of evidence-based tools and deep, intuitive listening. Together, we’ll create space for reflection, gently release what no longer fits, and grow sustainable practices that support resilience, clarity, and meaning in your everyday life.
Your nervous system
deserves a soft place to land.
If you’re ready to feel instead of perform,
let’s connect.

Positive psychology coaching is a forward-focused, embodied practice that helps you reconnect with your emotions, your intuition, and the quiet wisdom of your inner voice.
There are so few spaces where women can simply be, without expectations.
You’re constantly shifting between roles and personas—mother, partner, professional, caregiver.
Coaching offers a space to shed those pressures and expectations.
A space to release the need to show up a certain way.
To reconnect with the you beneath all the roles—the part of you that rarely gets room to breathe, the part that’s spent years meeting everyone else’s needs before your own.
You deserve a space that centers your energy, your values, and your whole self.

I work with women — especially working moms, caregivers, and those navigating chronic illness or burnout — who are emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or struggling to feel like themselves.
This work for you if:
You’ve been in survival mode for a long time
You’ve lost touch with your own needs and emotions
You’re craving a space where you can show up authentically without performance or pressure

I offer positive psychology coaching. Positive psychology coaching is an evidence-based approach to well-being. My work combines research-informed practices from positive psychology and well-being science with a trauma-aware, somatic approach that helps you reconnect with your emotions, needs, and values.

I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). I also hold a doctorate degree in social psychology, where I specialized in positive psychology. I have published numerous scientific papers on cultivating well-being, emotional regulation, and self-compassion.

No. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, or work directly with past trauma the way a licensed therapist would.
Instead, my work complements therapy by helping you reconnect with your body, emotions, and values in the present moment. Together, we build grounded, sustainable practices that support real-life change — from a place of self-trust, not self-fixing.
If you’re unsure whether coaching or therapy is right for you, I’m happy to talk it through on a connection call.

While therapy often focuses on healing the past, coaching is rooted in the present and oriented toward the future.
We may talk about your past when it offers helpful context, but our focus is on who you are today — and who you’re becoming.
I offer a structured, supportive space to explore your emotions, your values, and what you want your life to feel like. Together, we’ll work to:
Build self-awareness and self-trust
Develop emotion regulation tools
Clarify your values and boundaries
Take gentle, aligned action that moves you toward your authentic self
If you’re looking for trauma processing, clinical treatment, or crisis care, therapy may be a better fit. I’m always happy to help you figure out what kind of support is right for you.

Life happens. I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session rate.

The best way to find out is to schedule a connection call.
You don’t need to have it all figured out or know exactly what you want from coaching. If you’re curious about what more emotional sustainability, self-compassion, and support could look like in your life — I’d love to talk. We’ll explore your needs together and see if it’s a good fit.
