It’s about focusing on your values, strengths, and emotions to help you make meaningful changes that feel aligned with who you are.

Stress and burnout can pull us out of ourselves, leaving us feeling disconnected, reactive, or stuck. Coaching offers a space to feel again.

To tune in to your body’s signals, listen to your emotions, and remember what it feels like to be grounded and alive in your own skin.

To slow down enough to feel what’s true, and let that truth guide your next steps.

With a PhD in the science of well-being and training as a whole-person coach, I bring a blend of evidence-based tools and deep, intuitive listening. Together, we’ll create space for reflection, gently release what no longer fits, and grow sustainable practices that support resilience, clarity, and meaning in your everyday life.

Sessions are virtual, with some evening and weekend availability.

Coaching isn’t intended to be an endless engagement, but clients do tend to find the most value after 6-8 sessions.

I offer pay-as-you-go rates or package options (with discounted savings).
