About Me

Hi! I’m Megan Fritz. I’m a positive psychology practitioner, well-being researcher, toddler mom, and rare cancer survivor, and I’m truly honored you’re here.

Since 2014, I’ve been dedicated to understanding what helps people flourish — how we build resilience, what shifts well-being, and what it means to lead a deeply fulfilling life.

With a PhD in social psychology from the University of California, Riverside, I spent my career in academia and in private industry researching how cultivating strengths like resilience, authenticity, and self-compassion can transform your relationships, health, and overall well-being.

But after being diagnosed with high-risk ocular melanoma, a rare eye cancer, I shifted from researcher mode into practitioner mode. I now bring compassion and support into my coaching as I help clients on their own well-being journeys.

Together, we’ll combine practical, science-backed strategies and emotional grounding techniques tailored to your unique path to help you build resilience, enhance well-being, and create meaningful change.
